Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription from Petals & Poison, you are enrolling in a recurring delivery service curated for convenience and consistency. Subscription frequency and duration are selected at checkout, and you will be charged automatically according to your chosen schedule—unless you opt to prepay.
Your payment details are stored securely. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you wish to cancel or adjust your subscription, you may do so at any time by using the “Manage Subscription” link in your order confirmation email.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to reserve exclusive or incoming items before they are officially released or restocked. When placing a pre-order, you are committing to a future delivery—either with payment collected in full at checkout or in the form of a deposit, depending on the product.

Cancellations may be eligible for store credit only if the item has not yet shipped.

Shipping dates are estimated, not guaranteed. Delays may occur, and by placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept this possibility.
If you would like your ready-to-ship items to arrive sooner, we strongly recommend placing a separate order. Otherwise, your full order will ship once all items—including pre-orders—are available.
