A Note From Our Founder

At the heart of Petals & Poison lies not just a love for heirlooms and shadowed beauty, but a deeper devotion: to grace, compassion, and truth.

As the founder, I hold Christian beliefs rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ (Not the culture that proclaims Christ but forgets to resemble Him—loud, performative, and painfully selective. // Not the counterfeit gospel shouted from stages and screens, built more on fear than on the radical love of the Cross.)

These beliefs are not symbols of exclusion, but of extraordinary and unconditional love. The kind of love that sought the lost, embraced the outcast, and broke bread with the broken.

His Gospel is not one of performance, but of transformation.
Not about appearances, but the heart.

Our brand stands for the same:
Love for the unloved.
A seat at the table for every soul.
Beauty woven with mercy.

I believe that faith and artistry are not at odds, but kindred spirits, each pointing toward a higher calling: to love boldly, live kindly, and extend dignity to all.

So whether you believe, question, wander, or wonder—this is a space for you.
Not because you meet a standard, but because you are worthy of being loved.

Just as He loved.

Know that this world we’re building welcomes you exactly as you are, no strings attached, no judgment, and with arms ready to embrace.

Ephesians 6:10-20
The Whole Armor of God

"A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.

Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm. Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness. For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared. In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil. Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.

And pray for me, too. Ask God to give me the right words so I can boldly explain God’s mysterious plan that the Good News is for Jews and Gentiles alike. I am in chains now, still preaching this message as God’s ambassador. So pray that I will keep on speaking boldly for him, as I should."

1 John 4:18

"Such love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear. If we are afraid, it is for fear of punishment, and this shows we have not fully experienced His perfect love."
